We are looking for a recruitment specialist for our customer which is based on Istanbul Anatolian side.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- At least 1 years experience in recruitment processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Conducting the recruitment process (job posting, database search, phone interview, application assesment tools,reference check, feedback and proposal)
- Sourcing and attracting candidate by using databases, carrier sites etc.
- Taking an active role in the whole recruitment process
- Coordinating all interviews, including scheduling with interviewers and candidates, working closely with managers to deliver recruitment needs
